Kunduz (BNA) Twenty-three Taliban insurgents were killed in Kunduz province last night.
Ghulam Hazrat Karimi Pamir 217 army corps spokesman told BNA, the Taliban were killed in clearing operation and air strike of Afghan security forces in outskirt of Qala-e-Zal and Imam Sahib Districts, Kunduz province.
Five Red Division members of the Taliban were also among the dead.
Seven other Taliban were also injured, several strongholds of them have been demolished and two regions of Imam Sahib District were clean up from insurgents.
