Deputy Prime Minister’s Compassionate Visit Brings Relief to Flood-Hit Baghlan Community


KABUL (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund thoroughly assessed the flood-stricken community in the Karkar area of Pul-e-Khumri city during his visit to Baghlan province.

On Tuesday, May 14th, he extended his sympathies and solidarity to the residents affected by the recent floods.

On his arrival, Deputy Prime Minister Mullah Baradar Akhund commenced by offering prayers for the departed souls and conveying heartfelt condolences to those affected. He delivered substantial aid comprising tons of essential supplies including food, medicine, and clothing.

Additionally, he provided financial assistance to the affected populace.
Grateful residents, including scholars and elders from the Karkar region, expressed profound gratitude to the Islamic Emirate for its unwavering support during this challenging period.

They lauded the Islamic Emirate as an integral part of their community, emphasizing that their solidarity had not gone unnoticed in their time of distress.
