Armed Opposition Killed In Laghman Operation

Mehtarlam (BNA) Nine armed oppositions were killed in clearing operation in Laghman province yesterday.
The insurgents were targeted in their strongholds in Mehtarlam highway, Alishing District.
A key commander of Selab army corps in east of the country told BNA, nine insurgents were killed in the operation.
Report says, the security officials have managed to clear tens of regions from insurgents in Alinegar District.
It is said that a weapons cache of Taliban was also seized in the operation.
According to another report, ten armed insurgents were killed in Kunar recent air drone last night.
Top commander of Selab army corps in east of the country told BNA, ten armed rebels were killed in the air drone.
He said, the insurgents associated to Taliban and Daesh group were targeted in their strongholds.
Another report says, the security officials discovered a weapons cache of Taliban.
The cache located in Taliban hideouts in suburb of Asadabad city, tens of heavy and light weapons were also seized from the cache.
Likewise, the security officials prevented from a series of blasts in Kunar province.
Security officials discovered six mines from busy roads of Kunar province and prevented from a series of blasts.
