Kandahar city (BNA) Nearly 7 Taliban insurgents were killed and four others wounded due to recent clashes with Afghan security forces in southern Kandahar province.
The clashes occurred during the last 24 hours in Zhari, Spin Boldak, Panjwae districts and outskirts of Kandahar city.
A security official in Kandahar told BNA, eleven Taliban fighters were killed and wounded following the clashes.
It has been said there were no casualties to civilians following the conflicts.
