JALALABAD CITY (BNA) Two members of Taliban group were arrested by Afghan national police personnel in eastern Nangarhar province the other day.
Nasrat Rahimi spokesman for ministry of interior told BNA correspondent, Qari Jawed and Nematullah two key members of Taliban group; those have skill in mine making were arrested during a military operation conducted by Afghan national policemen in Jalalabad city the provincial capital of the province.
Two Kalashnikovs, a pistol, some ammunition and two computers have been seized from them as well, Rahimi added.
According to another report, Wakil Osmani shadow district governor of Taliban for Karakh district of Herat province along with his three men was killed during clashes with Afghan security forces in Gala Band region, Karakh district of the province.
Two more insurgents were wounded during the conflicts.
