GARDIZ CITY (BNA) Afghan security forces succeeded to push back Taliban attack in eastern Paktia province yesterday.
Emal Momand in-charge of 203 Thandar army corps told BNA reporter, Taliban fighters stormed on Afghan security forces’ checkpoint in Waam region, AhmadKhail district of Paktia province, which their attack faced with full resistance of Afghan security troops.
Momand added, five terrorists were killed and others succeeded to flee from the area.
