Pul-e-Khumri (BNA) Some heavy and light weapons handed over to Disarmament Illegal Armed Group (DIAG) program in Baghlam province yesterday.
Col. Aminullah Amarkhail police chief of Baghlan province said BNA, the weapons included 28 different types of weapons and 2.5 ton ammunitions recovered by Afghan police forces during serious operations in some parts of center and districts of the province and submitted to DIAG program of Baghlan province.
Four people have been arrested in the connection of the cases, Amarkhail added.
It is mentionable that, the current year in eight phases, some weapons and ammunitions handed over to DIAG program in the province.
