Taliban Fighters Target Each Other, Casualties Feared

Kabul (BNA) At least 12 armed oppositions were killed and wounded during clashes started between two groups of Taliban militants in western Herat province.
The clashes took place between Taliban militants in Sangistan region, Shindand district of the province.
Jilani Farhad spokesman of Herat governor told BNA reporter, the conflicts took place between members of Mullah Nangyali and Mullah Najib, in which 4 insurgents from both sides were killed and 8 others were injured.
Insider clashes between Taliban militants is not a rare action, already several times clashes have been occurred among the terrorist group in Herat province, which caused casualties to civilians as well.
According to another report, two armed oppositions were killed and five others were wounded during several hours clashes occurred between Taliban militants and Afghan security forces in Karqok region, Awba district of Herat province.
