Taliban Rebels Killed In Kunduz Air Strikes

Kunduz (BNA) 17 armed Taliban rebels were killed in Gul Tapa District, Kunduz province.
Ahmad Jaweed Salim spokesman for commando forces told BNA, the insurgents were killed in air raids conducted by security troops in Hakimbai and Haji Nawab villages, Gul Tapa district.
Salim added, six other rebels were also wounded in the raids, and 33 stronghold of Taliban have been demolished.
Another report says six Taliban rebels were killed in air and ground operations conducted by security forces in Imam Sahib District.
Nasratullah Jamshidi press in charge of Shaheen 209 army corps said, three other rebels have been injured in the operations as well.
