Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai has strongly condemned the terrorist attacks in Kabul and Zabul which took place yesterday, a statement released by Presidential Palace said.
In the statement, the president blamed the enemies of peace in Afghanistan and condemned the coward attacks in its strongest term.
The president once again called on Taliban militants to give up serving the foreigners if they are the sons of the country.
In the statement, the president besides wishing great patience for the grieved families prayed for the early recovery of those sustained injuries.
According to the press office of interior ministry, all the seven terrorists who attacked Kabul airport from a house in 15th precinct had been killed while only one civilian received injuries.
In a similar incident, seven more terrorists stormed the office of provincial council of Zabul province killing one police and injuring 18 others including four policemen; while all the seven attackers were killed.
