Taliban Commits Crime Against Humanity, They Should Pursuit As War Criminals

Monday December 5, 2016

Kabul (BNA) Executing a student, based on a false accusation, Taliban once again demonstrated that their hostility is against Afghan people and humanity values.
Reporting this barbaric crime BNA reporter writes, armed Taliban who claim that they implement Islamic law and defend the Afghan people, recently committed another awful crime that hurts the conscience of humanity. They recently, accusing a student named Faizurahaman the resident of Sayedabad district, Maidan Wardak province after a summary trial hanged. Late Faizurahman was studying at fourth grade of Kabul Polytechnic University in construction department. He was the father of two, one, and two-year old children.
Taliban have accused him to an unacceptable act but we can say that once again an Afghan youth, a university student, and a father of two children became the victim of atrocities of Taliban. Taliban have accused Faizurahman in having hand killing of in-charge of intelligence service of Haqani’s group, while had been killed in inner battle of the group a month ago.
What have done against this university student is the repetition of crimes, Taliban have committed earlier. They have so far killed a great number of our compatriots accusing them spying to Afghan security and foreign forces after conducting a summary trial. Earlier, Taliban, accusing two poor and orphan children who had come to police security post to spying martyred in one Kandahar’s districts. Likewise, Taliban shot death a couple with similar accusation in Badakhshan province and deprived their six children from their parents. Recently, Taliban, interring a house in Nesh district, Kandahar province killed 23 innocent civilians. These horrible and inhumane incidents clearly demonstrate that Taliban are the enemies of Afghan people and seeking to damage the values of humanity. Therefore, the crimes committed by Taliban should considered as crime against humanity and International Court should deal them as war criminals.
