Kandahar (BNA) Four people were martyred and three others injured in a traffic accident along Kandahar-Herat highway in vicinity of Maiwand district.
The incident occurred while a 303 bus smash a Tunes car.
Samim Khpelwak governor spokesman of Kandahar province told BNA, the incident occurred in Tori region, Maiwand district while a 303 bus moving from Herat to Kandahar province smash a Tunes car.
He said, in the incident, four people lost their lives and three others were injured.
According to him, the injured have been taken by police to hospital for treatment.
Colonel Mohammadullah Khan Traffic head of the province said that he dispatched a research group to Maiwand district for assessment of the incident.
He said, the accident occurred due to driver negligence.
