Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani met yesterday with Princess Hendia, daughter of Ghazi Amanullah Khan. In the meeting held at presidential palace and attended also by the country’s First Lady, President Ghani once again offered his deep condolence and sympathy to Princess Hendia over death of her brother Prince Eng. Ihsanullah. Recalling family of Ghazi Amanullah Khan, founder of the country’s independence, as a prestigious family, President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani said this great family had particular position and reputation among the people of Afghanistan. Afterwards, Princess Hendia, daughter of Ghazi Amanullah Khan said that Arg was the home of all of us and she had come to her home and praised the country’s President for respecting particularly to Ghazi Amanullah Khan and his thoughts.
Later on, Princess Hendia sat for a few minutes on Ghazi Amanullah Khan’s chair currently used by the country’s President and kissed his father’s working desk. According to another report, President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani in a telephone contact with Abdul Qudus Sediqi, husband of Dr. Parween Nooristani, who martyred in to a traffic incident offered deep condolence and wished the deceased paradise.
