ARCS Facilitates Treatment for 40 Children with Congenital Heart Defects in Kabul Hospitals

 

KABUL(BNA): Forty children diagnosed with congenital heart defects have been specifically referred to four hospitals in Kabul, where they will receive the necessary medical interventions and treatments.

The Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) recently reported that it had facilitated the referral of 40 children with congenital heart defects to four hospitals in Kabul for treatment.

The organization further disclosed that over the past 21 months, it has successfully facilitated the referral of 3,068 children to various hospitals across the country for essential medical care and treatments.

It’s worth mentioning that all the medical expenses for the treatment of these children are covered by the Afghan Red Crescent Society(ARCS).
