Kabul (BNA) Six armed Taliban were killed in several cleansing operations carried out by Afghan forces in some provinces of the country the day before yesterday.
Interior Ministry’s Press Office said, the operations conducted in Kunar, Nangarhar, Kunduz, Jouzjan, Kandahar, Khost, Paktika and Herat provinces in which six armed Taliban were killed, three wounded and eight others arrested and a quantity of heavey and light weapons was seized.
According to another report, the national police forces discovered and defused four anti-vehicle mines in Logar and Paktia provinces recently.
