Tarinkot (BNA) Recent clashes among Taliban militants and Afghan security forces took the lives of 9 insurgents and wounded six others rebels in central Urozgan province yesterday.
Press office of police in the province stated BNA, during the clashes 9 militants were killed, 6 wounded, several hideouts have been destroyed and three villages completely cleared from existence of the militants in the province.
An Afghan security forces was injured during the clashes as well, the source added.
Taliban militants said nothing about the event so far.
