KABUL(BNA): The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan praised the recognition of the Palestinian state by Ireland, Norway, and Spain.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement commending the Republic of Ireland, Norway, and the Kingdom of Spain for their recent decision to recognize the Palestinian state. The Ministry hailed this move as a significant and positive step forward in the international support for Palestinian sovereignty.
The statement further noted that this recognition comes at a crucial time, when Zionist occupation, alongside its aggression on the historical land of Palestine, is attempting demographic changes through war crimes and genocide of the Palestinian nation in Gaza.
The Ministry considers the land of Palestine as the historical legitimate right of the Palestinian nation and condemns the ongoing genocide by Zionist occupiers as a fundamental cause of instability in the region.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan once again urged the international community and Islamic countries to take immediate and decisive actions to prevent the ongoing catastrophe. Emphasizing the gravity of the situation, the Ministry called on these nations to fulfill their responsibilities and support the Palestinian nation’s right to freedom and self-defense.
