Kabul (BNA) Najiba Maram who has been appointed Director of Publications of the Ministry of Information and Culture through free competition was introduced to the officials of the publications department by deputy minister for publications of the ministry Semeen Ghazal Hassanzada.
BNA correspondent reported, talking at the introductory meeting Hassanzada said that we are witnessing joining of an able woman of the media to this post and hoped that with this appointment an improvement is felt in the publications spheres.
Khalil Minawi head of the BNA and acting head of publications department said that Najiba Maram is serving for long years in different posts at this ministry. Meanwhile, Dr. Arianfar head of the government Dailies praised Maram’s efforts for bringing improvements in The Kabul Times Daily.
Maram also expressed her preparedness to perform her responsibility in better manners.
Maram has served for long years at different posts within the ministry including serving as deputy head of BNA, head of the International Press Center and deputy editor of The Kabul Times.
