Kabul (BNA) A scientific seminar on Ahl-o-Bait of Prophet (PBUH) was opened by the speech of acting minister of information & culture, Dr. Sayed Makhdoom Raheen here yesterday.
According to BNA, in his speech Dr. Raheen highlighted the importance of the family of the great Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and said, “Having love to the family of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) completes the Iman (Islamic faith) of Muslim and following the Ahl-o-Bait of the great Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) is the way for rescuing in this world and hereafter.”
Dr. Raheen said that the Ahl-o-Bait of the great Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) in hard time had spent their lives to promote Islamic values, made research and had opened the way for the Islamic scholars.
Acting minister of information and culture also stated that the members of Ahl-o-Bait had made sacrifices in the war against wrong and had given the lesson to the coming generations in the Islamic Ummah. Prof. Nematullah Shahrani also spoke at the seminar and said that Ahl-o-Bait does not belong to a special clan or religions, rather belongs to the whole Muslims. Ms. Simeen Hassanzada the deputy on publication of ministry of information and culture recited a poem at the seminar.
