Kabul (BNA) At least 11 fighters of Islamic State for Syria and Iraq (ISIS) terrorist group were killed following an air attack in eastern Nangarhar province this morning.
The ISIS loyalists targeted and killed in Koot district of the province.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesman of Nangarhar governor told BNA correspondent, 11 ISIS adherents killed during the raid.
Also two main hideouts of the terrorist group along with all military equipment have been destroyed following the attack, Khogyani added.
According to another report, three weapon storages have been seized by Afghan security personnel in different parts of Nangarhar province.
The storages belonged to ISIS and Taliban militants were kept in Heska Mena and Koot districts of the province.
Military official in the east of the country said BNA, dozens heavy and light weapons have been seized from the mentioned storages.
