Commission Assigned For Appropriate Marking of Ashura

Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai in an order assigned a commission for proper celebration of Ashura and ensuring of security on this occasion.
The presidential order states that in order to better celebrate the mourning occasion of Ashura and safe participation of pious brothers and sisters in this ceremony, the president approves the following:
General Abdul Rehman Rehman senior deputy minister of interior ministry as chairman,
General Mohammad Ayub Salangi Commander of Zone 101 Asmayee Kabul as member,
General Mohammad Aslam Masoud, representatives of the administration affairs and secretariat of the Council of Ministers, member,
General Shah Qadam commander of 111 division, member,
General Dr. Mohammad Yaseen Zia deputy head of national security department member,
Three representatives of the people and mourners as members,
General Sheer Hussain Ali Gohar head of the government and non–governmental projects of the office of the deputy minister of public order of interior ministry as member,
General Sayed Assadullah Mashkuri deputy head of operations of the public order and security of high ranking officials, member on the basis of order of the president the assigned commission will adopt necessary measures during the morning ceremony of Ashura from its start to the end in Kabul.
The security commissions under the supervision of governors in the provinces are assigned to adopt special measures on this occasion in their respective provinces as well.
