Kabul (BNA) Acting Minister of Information and Culture, Hasina Safi in a meeting with the officials of the ministry cultural section, stressed the need for protection of the country’s historical monuments, BNA reported the other day.
In the meeting which was attended by Deputy Minister of Information and Culture, Mohammad Rasul Bawary, Head of Historical Monuments Restoration and Protection, Abdul Ahad Abbasi shared report about the historical monuments situation and the challenges facing them in restoration and protection of historical monuments in Ghor, Bamyan and Laghman provinces, said the agency.
Also, the deputy minister and head of the historical monuments protection and restoration presented their professional visions in this field, the agency added.
Acting Minister of Information and Culture, Hasina Safi meanwhile, spoke about the issue and stressed the need for addressing the available challenges in the said provinces, the agency said.
