Eidgah Mosque To Be Rehabilitated

Kabul (BNA) President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Mohammad Ashraf Ghani visited different parts of the Eidgah Congregational Masjid, which had critically sustained damages from the recent terrorist activities, the BNA reported the other day.
During the visit, Faiz Mohammad Usmani, Minister of Hajj and Endowment provided the president with information about the damages suffered by the great masjid during the attack, with the president instructing the organs concerned for soon starting the rehabilitation work, the agency said.
According to the agency, the floor of the mosque had been asked to be paved with stone and the doors of the mosques suffered damages should be repaired with the experienced and professional engineers.   The former special squad of the ministry of interior had been said to be provided for safety of the haj pilgrims.
