Kabul (BNA) Four Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planters were killed and six others were wounded following their own mine blasts in northern Sar-e-Pul province.
Mohammad Taher Wahdat governor of Sar-e-Pul said BNA correspondent, the incident occurred while the militants wanted to explode a planted road side mine in Dara Sultan Ibrahim region, Sar-e-Pul city the provincial capital of the province.
It has been said, the insurgents planted the mine to target Afghan security forces convey, Wahdat added.
