Kabul (BNA) At least 64 armed insurgents including their shadow governor for Takhar province were killed during mopping-up operations led by Afghan security forces in different parts of the country.
Ministry of National Defense press office reported BNA, the operations carried out by Afghan security forces in various parts of the country, in which 64 armed oppositions were killed and 40 others were wounded.
Also nine Afghan national army soldiers were martyred during the operations, the source added.
