Kabul (BNA) At least five civilians were hurt following a blast near a mosque in western Herat province Sunday evening.
Abdul Rauf Ahmadi spokesman of police in Herat told BNA reporter, the explosion occurred close to Baqir-e-Ulum mosque in Pul Bagh Zubaida region of Herat city the provincial capital of Herat province.
A bomb was placed near the mosque, which some part of the mosque also damaged, Ahmadi added.
Mohammad Rafiq Shirzay administrative manger of Herat hospital says, a woman is among the wounded of the event and the health conditions of two injured are critical.
