Kabul (BNA) Two mine makers detained along with 40 kg of explosive materials in Herat province.
These two terrorists named Mawladad and Abdul Ghafar are from Shindand district of Herat province.
National army official of Herat province said BNA, the persons were detained during patrol of national army forces in Shindand district of that province.
