Kabul (BNA) The national army forces carrying clearing operation in relevant areas of Arghandab district of Kandahar province discovered and captured an amount of explosive and ammunitions yesterday.
The defense ministry spokesperson press office reported BNA, the explosive and ammunitions are including 100 Kgs of explosive, a mortar mine, a mortar bullet, an anti-vehicle mine and a motorcycle.
The materials and ammunitions were kept by armed insurgent for terrorist and destructive activities in relevant areas of that district.
According to another report, the national army forces prevented, a terrorist act in Kandahar province.
