Mazar-e-Sharif (BNA) Twenty-Six Taliban terrorist group were killed in Balkh province yesterday.
Mohammad Hanif Rezaee Shaheen 209 army corps spokesman told BNA, the insurgents were killed in a clash by security troops in several villages of Charboldak District.
The dead bodies of Taliban belonged to Mullah Shoaib one of the local commanders in Chamtal District.
Some other Taliban were also injured in the conflict. Rezaee added.
