Kabul (BNA) At least 5 armed rebels were killed following operation led by Afghan National Army in southern Kandahar province yesterday.
Ministry of National Defense press office stated BNA, the operation was launched in various parts of Ghorak district of the province, in which 5 armed oppositions were killed and 10 others were injured.
According to another reports, two Taliban militants were killed, while they wanted to set a mine for planting in a residential house in western Herat province, which the mine exploded and killed them.
Four others including a child were wounded following the blast as well.
