Pul-e-Khomri (BNA) Police of Baghlan province detained three men on charges narcotic drug in Kelagai region of the province.
According to BNA local correspondent, General Ikramuddin Sary police chief of Baghlan in a press conference told Medias, the three men wanted to smuggle 35 kg of hashish from Kunduz to Kabul province, have been arrested in Boghawi region.
