Pul-e-Khomri (BNA) Twelve insurgents, including two key members, were killed in Baghlan last night.
Hadi Jamal, head of 217 Army Corps press office told BNA that a group of armed Taliban who had gathered to attack on security forces in Khwaja Alwan area, Baghlan highway was targeted by airstrike.
He added that 12 Taliban insurgents, including two key members of the group were killed and nine others were wounded in the airstrike.
According to another report, three Taliban insurgents were killed and nine others wounded in clashes with security and defense officials in Billeri, Chashma-e-Shir village yesterday evening.
