Kabul (BNA) Ahmad Shah Waheed the Deputy Minister of Public Works has said the motive for his education was not still clear.
Waheed who was abducted by unknown armed men in 11th district of Kabul city some two weeks ago and set free recently returned to office yesterday, said that security organs have been working to know the reason for the abduction.
According to BNA, police has located and rescued Ahmad Shah Waheed from Nijrab district of Kapisa province 10 days after his abduction on Thursday night and 24 persons have been arrested in this regard, police said.
The abductors had repeatedly changed the place where they kept Waheed during his captivity.
However, security experts are of the view that motivation for the abduction of such ranking officials like deputy to minister should be made public, otherwise security of citizens goes under question.
