Herat (BNA) A policeman was wounded as a result of mine blast in Herat city.
The blast occurred this morning in Shahr-e-Naw city of Herat near the municipality building, while police wanted to defuse the mine which was planted by Taliban.
Mahuddin Noori spokesman of Herat governor said BNA, in this explosion, a policeman was wounded.
Local officials of Herat said that with planting of this mine, Taliban wanted to carry out terrorist attack.
