Deputy PM Kabir Visits Iranian Embassy in Kabul, Extends Condolences for Late President Ebrahim Raisi

 

KABUL (BNA): Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, visited the Iranian embassy in Kabul to offer condolences on the passing of the President of Iran and his accompanying delegation.

Deputy Prime Minister Kabir, expressing heartfelt condolences to the diplomats at the Iranian embassy, affirmed that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and its citizens stand in solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran and its people during this time of profound sorrow.

He also signed the condolence book that was placed to honor and commemorate the occasion.

The Deputy Prime Minister Kabir further remarked that the late President Sayeed Ebrahim Raisi had fostered strong relations with the Islamic Emirate. He expressed hope that the friendly ties between Afghanistan and Iran would continue to grow stronger in the future.
