Kabul (BNA) The interior ministry sources reported that 16 armed rebels have been killed across the country.
The interior ministry press office said BNA, Afghan security forces carrying out clearing operations during the last 24 hours in relevant areas of Nangarhar, Kunduz, Kandahar, Zabul, Urozgan, Paktika, Badghis, Helmand and Nemroz provinces killed 16 armed Taliban, wounded 6 and arrested 6 others.
Also Afghan security forces succeeded to discover and defused 11 anti-vehicle mines from relevant areas of Kunar, Laghman, Jawzjan, Kandahar, Khost, Paktika and Farah provinces and prevented from bloody incidents.
