Kabul Police Adopt Further Measures For Better Security In Kabul

Kabul (BNA) As a number of representatives of people in parliament claim security condition in capital is worsening and criminal incidents have increased, Kabul police officials are stressing that criminal incidents’ level has reduced in the city and they are trying to improve security situation in the city.
Gen. Abdul Rahman Rahimi, Kabul police chief in a news conference on Wednesday briefed related to security situation and police achievements in Kabul city.
Gen. Rahimi said Kabul police by adopting new measures were trying to further maintain security in the city.
According to Gen. Rahimi, various intelligence programs and efforts are executed daily in various parts of Kabul city and districts of the province and the results of the programs are satisfactory.
At the news conference, Kabul police chief while pointing to a range of police achievements in the city during the past few days said that in the past two weeks, 182 individuals have been arrested in connection with criminal cases from various parts of Kabul city.
