Kabul (BNA) 149 armed oppositions were killed during the last 24 hours in series of clearing operation carried out by Afghan air and artillery forces across the country.
According to defense ministry press office to BNA, the operations conducted in insecure regions of Laghman. Nangarhar, Kapisa, Logar, Farah, Takhar, Baghlan and Helmand provinces, in which 149 armed oppositions including four commanders of them were killed and 73 others were injured, also nine other insurgents were detained by the forces.
Likewise, numerous of weapons and vehicles of the enemies were destroyed and huge quantity of mines have been discovered and neutralized in the operations.
