KABUL (BNA): The organization of Doctors without Borders announced that the Israeli army was responsible for shooting at a convoy of their vehicles on November 18 when two members of the organization were killed.
The organization had stated that some of its staff and their relatives came under attack near Al-Shifa Hospital when they were trying to go to the southern Gaza Strip.
A member of Doctors without Borders mentioned seeing a sniper on the roof of a building and Israeli tanks just before the shooting.
The international organization has called for explanations from Israeli authorities and emphasized that Tel Aviv should conduct an independent investigation. Doctors without Borders continues to accuse the Israeli army of deliberately destroying their vehicles in Gaza on November 20.
This comes as Israel has repeatedly been accused of deliberate attacks on hospitals, ambulances, schools, and refugee camps in Gaza.
