Kabul (BNA) Sport is the best factor for bringing the people together, national unity and co-existence, therefore it should be widen and improved.
BNA social analyst who is deeply engaged in social affairs commenting on the issue writes sport in most communities across the world called as the ambassador of peace and the athletes away from any political conspiracy and concern are messengers of peace, national unity and the significant factor for peaceful co-existence. Therefore, for performing this highly appreciable mission, the athletes demonstrate true national unity and co- existence away from every kind of discrimination in their relent teams.
The victory of the Lions of Khurasan in South Asia football games in India, the victory of our power lifting team and obtaining the title of championship in competitions in India and the recent victory of Afghan Cricket team in international Cricket competitions in Sharjah, gaining two trophies indicate the success of Afghan athletes in various fields of sport.
The most important factor that led the Afghan athletes to these conspicuous victories was that the Afghan athletes irrespective of their ethnicity, religious and linguistic affiliations just as Afghans came to play ground and did their best to bring honor and pride to all their compatriots.
They proved that they are just thinking about national interests irrespective of their ethnicity, religious and linguistic affiliations and consider themselves as Afghans and to bring honor for a country named Afghanistan.
On the other hand, the warm and zealous participation of Afghan athletes in international competitions made it clear that Afghanistan is a land of art and culture and linking these honorable people to terrorism and trafficking narcotic drugs would be a grand sin because these evil phenomenons have imposed on our people and country. As the international community witness, the Afghan people are the main victims of terrorism and narcotic drugs.
Our athletes as ambassadors of peace have delivered the message of peace, unity, and tranquility to the world people and return with unity and victory messages in to the country. What the athletes did for friendship and closeness of our people the politicians have not succeeded to perform in many years. Long lives to our athletes eradicating all types of discriminations lead the Afghan nation to unity, which is the concrete base for our tranquility and prosperity.
