Kunduz City (BNA) At least 8 Taliban fighters were killed and five others wounded during military operation launched by Afghan security forces in northern Kunduz province.
Ghulam Hazrat Karimi spokesman of Pamir 20 division reported BNA, the military operation was conducted by Afghan air and ground forces in Boza Kandahari area of Kunduz city the provincial capital of the province.
According to another report, three Taliban fighters were killed and four others wounded during their attack on Afghan security forces’ checkpoints in Kunduz province.
Their attack timely thwarted by Afghan security forces and they were forced to flee from the area.
