Paktia (BNA) 24 armed Taliban were killed in several military operations by Afghan and NATO forces in Logar, Maidan-Wardak and Paktika provinces.
These operations conducted on hideouts of rebels in the outskirts of Barmal Wargoon of Paktika, Barak-i-Barak of Logar and Nerkh district of Maidan-Wardak province.
A first position of 303 army corps of that province said to BNA, in this operation nearly 20 other fighters were injured and tens of heavy and light arms of them were seized by these forces.
He confirmed that among the killer, Qari Abdul Rahman a local commander of Taliban was included.
According to the source, the Afghan and NATO forces had no casualties in these operations.
