Kabul (BNA) A commander of Taliban with huge quantity of explosive devices was arrested in Shindand district.
A security official of Herat said BNA reporter, Mullah Abdul Ghani was arrested on charges of terrorist and armed attacks in Gosha village of Shindand district and hundreds kg of explosive devices were seized from him.
Meanwhile, the security officials of Shindand district discovered a quantity of explosive devices from Azizabad area part of Shindand-Herat.
Explosion of the devices can to inflect more casualties.
