Pul-e-Alam City (BNA) At least 9 armed oppositions were killed due to military operation led by Afghan security forces in eastern Logar province.
Salim Salih spokesman of Logar governor told BNA correspondent, the operation was started three days ago to suppress Taliban militants and ensure security and stability in Charkh district of the province.
Some weapons and ammunitions have been seized by security forces during operation.
It has been said, an Afghan National Army soldier was injured during the operation too.
