Shaberghan City (BNA) A top notorious commander of Taliban militants along with his 11 men were killed during clashes with Afghan security forces in northern Jawzjan province.
Clashes took place during a military operation in Aqcha district of the province yesterday afternoon.
A commander of National Army in Jawzjan said BNA, Mullah Jalil the senior commander with his 11 men targeted and killed by Afghan security forces.
There were no any damages suffered to Afghan security personnel in the incident, the source added.
Mullah Jalil had active role in dozens terrorist activities in different parts of Jawzjan province.
According to another report, three mine planters were killed by their own mine blast, while they wanted to plant a road side mine in Jawzjan province.
