Khalili Condoles Death of Tela Mohammad

Kabul (BNA) Sayed Musadiq Khalili, acting minister of information and culture in a message has condoled death of the country’s famous singer Tela Mohammad. The deceased was one of the country’s top and lyric singers and had cheered up the people’s tired and gloomy hearts for years by his gorgeous voice, the message said.
In the message, acting minister of information and culture offered condolence and sympathy to the deceased family, his friends and fans and artists of the country and wished paradise to the deceased and patience to the remained. Ustad Tela Mohammad, the last student of Ustad Malang Jan, left behind 300 pieces of his songs in archive of national radio and nearly 50 visual songs in archive of national television of Afghanistan. Ustad Tela Mohammad passed away on Wednesday and buried in Maranjan Hill of Kabul.
