Kabul (BNA) In an operation under the title of “Tandar” in Logar province, 5 armed Taliban was killed and 8 others arrested.
colonel Ghulam Sakhi Rogh Lewani police chief of Logar said to BNA, the Tander operation started a week ago in Logar province, and the security forces faced with a series of resistances in Porak, Qala Mosa and Sar Sang areas, center of Logar.
Rough Lewani added this operation continues for cleaning the areas from presence of armed militants till one month, and the security forces will search terrorists in these areas.
Contemporary, this operation started in Paktia, Maidan-Wardak and Ghazni provinces.
