17 Women Appointed in Military Units

Kabul (BNA) For the first time 17 women after military training have been appointed in military units in Sar-e-Pul province.
The women are trained military academy for four months in the province.
Abdul Jabar Haqbin governor of the province said BNA, the women have been trained to officers and appointed to strengthen military units in the province.
Sar-e-Pul governor further added, appointing of the women in different parts of military units is better step toward security facilities in the province and ask the families to encourage their girls and let them to join Afghan security forces.
Noor Mohammad Gulbahari police chief of the province ask the women’s officers to take effort for ensuring peace and defense the country alongside their brothers.
