Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai has ordered investigation into the case of robbery and harassing women on Paghman road.
The president besides terming attack on women as inhuman and against Islamic laws and strongly condemned it has tasked a commission under attorney general with membership of authorized officials from interior ministry and national directorate for security to investigate the case and bring the culprits to justice.
The commission has been missioned to report back its finding to the presidential office within one week.
A number of armed people in uniform, according to reports stopped private cars couple of nights ago on Paghman road and besides robbing their jewelry and golden ornaments from women and men had brutally harassed them.
