Teachers Play Imperative Role In Society

Kabul (BNA) The United Nation Educational Scientific Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has named fifth October 1994 as World Teacher Day and it is commemorated in a numbers of world countries. 
Approximately one hundred of the world countries are willing to celebrate this auspicious day on different occasions and it is considered as valuable and historical event. The world people who realize the importance of the teacher day have special respect in this auspicious day. At the same time, the naming of the teacher day can play a fundamental role on the betterment and the flourishing of the educating programs in the various instructing centers. However, in the education report which was issued by the (UNESCO), it was emphasized that certain Afghanistan areas are confronting with the shortage of the professional Female teachers and professors. It is clarified that some of the female teachers who have low education (Nine grade classes) should not be recruited in the teaching centers because they will not be able to meet the teaching required programs. Meanwhile, it is obvious that the appropriate places for the education programs and the professional teachers and professors have been applying according to the curriculum and standard. It is desirable to express the praising about such actions.
The teachers indeed can be regarded as devoted and great individuals who have been devoting their lives in a honest and constructive ways in the society.
The teachers who have accumulated knowledge are willing to apply them towards the improvement of the pupil and student’s talents and skills. It is essential to describe that the talented and skilled persons can play the fundamental role on the development and rehabilitation of Afghanistan in the all fields. Likewise, in the whole world countries a particular consideration is drawn on the employment of qualified and honest teachers.  At the same time, in the world countries great expenses are taken into account on the educational programs. It is clear that the educations can play an effective role on the enhancement of a society. Therefore the teachers and professors can be regarded as capable persons in the society. Moreover, during the past fourteen years the Afghanistan education has been flourishing in a satisfied manner. One of the significant achievements in the education field is that the number of the students and pupils has been increasing after the 200l.
While you travel in some of the Afghanistan areas, you can see the school, technical and professional institutions where the considerable students and pupil are involving on the learning. One of the main gains in the education is the reliable with high standard curriculum, created in the past few years. But today this curriculum was changed into a new one with the improved standards. Despite these betterments which have been occurred in the teaching and instructing programs, we are witnessing 1/3 millions of boys who are eligible to go school, are deprived of the educating programs, due to the instability, poverty and disability. It is felt that the appropriate buildings and the lack of budget in the education field are the main challenges in the educating system in this country. It is mentionable, if the accurate concentration is drawn to the teacher’s requirement, they can precede constructively the educating obligation with mind tranquility. It is important that the teacher financial problems should be solved. The accommodating places and long-term and short-term loans which can play a vital role on the improvement of the teacher living condition shall be distributed among the teachers. Lailuma Noori
